Marcus Wareing Restaurants’ successful ten-year lease at the Gilbert Scott & George Bar naturally expired on the 4th May 2021. The plan was always to operate out of the stunning space for a maximum of ten years and as that milestone has been reached, it has been decided not to extend the lease.
We want to thank all the staff and customers for their unrivalled support and dedication to creating such a memorable dining experience. Marcus will continue to run his Michelin-starred restaurant, Marcus in Knightsbridge and looks forward to welcoming guests for its reopening on Monday 17th May, with a fresh new menu and exciting development plans for the imminent future.
The ultimate grand dining experience from Marcus Wareing, showcasing the finest British seasonal produce in the 19th-century surrounds of St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
As well as the main dining hall, guests can also book a lively Chef’s Table in the restaurant’s engine room or an elegant Private Dining Room for groups of up to 18.
We value provenance and seasonality, so our menu is designed to celebrate fantastic British produce. We source all our meats, fruits and vegetables from local farmers, while we do our utmost best to source all our fish from British waters, including Cornwall, the South Coast and Scotland.
